I’ve written my moving life story because I wanted to share how I gained strength through defying societal norms to nurture a flourishing strength within my heart. Through vivid storytelling,  you’ll explore my personal experience that paints a portrait of unwavering determination and unexpected triumphs.

Once I decided to change my life, I knew I also needed to change my way of thinking. Letting go of the pain meant replacing it with positive ideals and being willing to take the necessary steps to becoming self-sufficient and whole. This change did not come easily and it did not happen overnight. I was determined to change my life and gained new found strength with every positive step I took.

I began reading empowering books that gave me the tools, insight and the courage I needed to transform my life. Finding mentors who could inspire me was also an essential part of my journey.

My personal growth began once I believed that I was strong and capable and that I could break free from the painful circumstances. Because of what I learned, I began to write Arranged Marriage: The Dilemma of an African Girl and created courses to help others along their path.

I would love to invite you to also read some of the books that are an important part of my personal growth.
