Hello, my name is Comfort. I was born in Ghana, West Africa. A few years after my mother passed away, my family gave me away into an arranged marriage and that brought me to America 30 years ago. I struggled with insecurity and feelings of unworthiness as a young adult because my father deserted me and my family threw me into an arranged marriage after my mother passed away. I was in a lot of emotional pain for the first 10 years of my life in America. I felt my spirit breaking down piece by piece, and one day I decided to put my happiness in my own hands. And that’s when I started reading and researching and I found out that when I meditate my energy rises and connects me to my true spirit. If you are feeling fear or insecure, I get it.
